Exercise triggers the release of BDNF, endorphins, and testosterone — each of which counteracts fatigue, lifts mood, and sharpens cognition. Multiple studies on GLP-1 patients specifically found that those who exercised reported significantly higher quality-of-life scores, better sleep, and reduced medication side effects compared to those who did not.
